Please be advised that the CPT office will be closed from 5pm on Friday 23 December, and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
CPT officers and Commercial Partners remain on hand to assist members with urgent queries during this period. Should you find yourself in need of assistance, please call 020 7240 3131 and select from one of the following services:
- 1 for vehicle breakdown and recovery
- 2 for emergency legal assistance
- 3 for emergency operations support
- 4 for crisis control and media support
- 5 for translation & interpretation services
Please note - during this time, Waybill orders will not be processed unless there is an unforeseen/urgent need and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you are in need of Waybills, we advise you to order as soon as possible, by calling 0207 240 3131 and selecting option 2.
